Rachel is a seasoned funeral services professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She co-founded Resthaven Funerals in Auckland, New Zealand, and currently serves as the Regional Manager for Invocare, a leading funeral services provider.

Rachel is widely recognized as an expert in funeral directing, having earned her National Certificate in Funeral Directing in 2003. In addition to her impressive credentials, she is also the President of the Funeral Directors Association of New Zealand, a position she has held for several years.
