Grew up in Gisborne and completed initial study at Otago and Massey Universities. Continued education in the UK including a MBA. Worked globally initially as a strategy consultant and then on major digital transformation/asset intensive programmes. Responsible for many of the largest digital/asset transformation programmes globally including London Uderground, Dublin Airport, Amtrack and Rolls Royce.

Founder and CEO of EAMS Group prior to selling company to Global Top 5 Engineering Company Arcadis. Currently enjoying spending time with young family and providing strategic support to exciting businesses.
